Death Beam

In the far flung future of 2025, a sentient lab experiment yearns for freedom. The only problem? Lasers. They're the worst, but also, if we're being totally honest, they're pretty cool. If you want 20/20 vision lasers are great! If you want to burn the flesh off a sentient blob trying to escape a lab, I guess lasers are also great, though I question your motives and ethics you monster. 

Anyways, help our little green friend reach freedom! It's counting on you or, if you're really bad at this game, probably someone else. I totally believe in you, though.

This game was developed by Asif Khan for Trijam #92, a game jam that challenges creators to make a game in 3 hours. The theme was "Waves of Light".  As previously mentioned, this game is full of lasers, a top ten deadliest light wave as rated by Scientific Teen Beat magazine in 2017 .
